My vote is that they are real and very nice.

You are discounting the "fat transfer" procedure. It is on the higher end of pricing and it involved taking fat from other parts of the body and injecting it in the breasts. No scars.

Implants also go through the armpits if you get a high end job. My wife has those and you couldn't see anything in her armpit as far as a scar unless you looked a lot close than a webcam or phone selfie would show.

Hey, I can't prove it. But the nipples point in an unnatural direction as does the perkiness of the tissue. It would be hard for me to believe there has not been some sort of work.
