Custom content vs subscriptions lost to coronavirus

I looked at the custom content page & good luck to you lads if you've $100's or $1000's to blow away. But it brought a heartfelt post back to me of some poor seemingly loyal member who posted that he'd love to remain member but with covid-unemployment couldn't continue. I'd rather our continued memberships could support subsidies in that category above all, where genuine. Dunno if I'm making sense?
