i’m a user, not a professional filmmaker. However the content quality has go to the point where I think I can do better. I used to do some filming back in 2005/6 in Prague I think the company was selling to an American distributor.

I am guessing you are playing your cards close to your chest and not disclosing who you worked as/for to maintain privacy, which I respect. And yet (and I am sure I will not be the only one) it's also tantalizing, as we will all be trying to guess who.

There were a few Prague (I think, though may have been St Petersburg???) porn producers I liked during that period, that have since disappeared but I would like to see a revival of (if not same producers then same concept content, that no one has picked up on since). And many of the models later worked with GG/Sineplex/LP.

MyPickUpGirls was an interesting one that made some decent scenes and sold under the umbrella of the WTF Pass site.
MPUG concept was the producers with camera would be driving around a new town in a cab talent spotting, and then 'chance' upon someone that they thought would be perfect for a shoot (obviously a model and all prearranged, this is porn fantasy after all, not kidnapping!).

They would then pull over, start a conversation with the candidate, and she would (after flirty talk and discussing Euros) say 'well... I've never done anything like this before... but I would like to try'. Then she would direct them to somewhere she knew where they could go and not be disturbed.
Sometimes an abandoned tower block, sometimes a deserted seafront ruin, sometimes the backroom of a nightclub out of hours, or the funfair carpark. But always somewhere that had a dirty nowhere-land and slightly scary-sexy vibe to it.

The they would shoot. One nice touch is that if it was somewhere dirty, like park or building site, the model would get covered in dust/mud plus the inevitable sweaty-sticky mess that goes with the action, which would contrast in a really exciting way with the model being very glammed up.
The whole idea of 'I was all dressed up to go out clubbing, but then I decided to f*ck in a muddy carpark' really worked.

I should also add (and it's a very important point and line) that the atmosphere the producers created always steered respectfully away from anything predatory or criminal and stayed with a fun, kinky, chance encounter theme.
As such the initiative came from the girl, she usually suggested the place, and they all went home together happily.

This post is overlong (I got carried away reminiscing), and in all likelihood those shoots were nothing to do with you, or any company your worked with or sold to. But I thought worth mentioning firstly 'just in case'. And also, because that is a format that would be pretty easy for an 'amateur' (no insult, but your term) without much in the way of resources (no studio, no studio lighting, small camera) to repeat.
Around town, wide spaces and abandoned building would also contrast really well as a setting with the claustrophobic feel of many of the Russian shoots here at present (tiny room, brown sofa, brown carpet, brown walls, UV brown models, brown is clearly big in Moscow decor this year!), and the glaring 'empty white box' sets of the Gonzo/GG shoots.

Anyway, good luck to you. Even if you don't make any money, shooting porn is still far more fun to do than most things people get to do in their day to day lives. And you get to see the exactly the kind of porn you want to see.
