So, money is a necessary part of it, and there has to be enough of it. But once the pay is adequate, then getting even more money doesn't add much to the incentive. Enjoying your work becomes the main incentive, once you have enough money.
When guys watch porn and masturbate, then sometimes they fantasize about being like that porn-stud, who gets to nail every butt. But they know that their fantasies are unrealistic, and they leave it at that. But when a young woman watches porn and starts to fantasize about being like that porn-slut, who takes on every stud. Then her fantasy isn't that hard to achieve. There are plenty of guys who would love to do her like that both on and off camera. So, the woman's fantasy is realistic. And she might end up doing it for real, if she sees an ad for it in the porn film she watches or in some other way.
When a woman doesn't watch porn and isn't into this kind of stuff, then few if any incentives will motivate her to do it. But when a young woman regularly watches porn and is into this kind of stuff, then her incentives don't need to be huge. Her incentives just need to be adequate. Because she probably already is fantasizing about doing this kind of stuff. All she needs is an opportunity and an invitation, and she might go for it.
But I think most boyfriends would be against having their girlfriend doing this kind of stuff. And it's not about the money. It's about jealousy and traditional male values. So, a lot of women get into the porn industry when they aren't involved steadily with any guy, and they might find a supportive boyfriend only afterwards.
