NO MORE GIFS?

I noticed that I cannot add any GIFS from the scenes I review and the ones I successfully posted are gone now. Is there a reason for this? The GIF maker is still available, but we can never post the image code anymore with any success.

If I remember correctly someone stated that the problem is that it is http and not https and our browsers do not like that. I wish someone could confirm.

I saw the same issue, no GIfs with Microsoft Edge. Switched to Firefox and they were working fine.

Finally!
Next step should be a switch html-video instead of GIF and save >90% bandwidth. GIF is stupidly obsolete since years.
