However, You overestimate my "courage" and my "intelligence". I'm just a fat simp* who, for reasons that remain rather unclear even to me, brings his weltschmerz to this forum from time to time. On one side, it's rather pathetic. On the other, in spite of different defects of this board, I feel rather good and secure in this community.

About my language skills, they are rather mediocre : putting aside my mother tongue (Polish), I'm really fluent only in French. My English is very approximative. I can also read in Czech and Spanish (without being able to speak nor to write them correctly).

*Having said that, I'm genuienly proud of being a simp and it will never change. That's my true state of mind and I really want to stay like that.

The thing that sparked me there was the pics of the fat Japanese men. Thats what got me going. I thought how on earth can these be seen to be figures that could boost self-confidence of someone obese, no more than weird old Spanish guy with the bad teeth? A positive role model would be Roberto Malone in his older days.

Other than that, I shouldn't have jumped on thread giving opinion on subject-matter when I never suffered from obesity myself. Like I said, the Jap pics did it.

By the way you've done great losing the weight. Don' try lose too much though, that could be unhealthy.

Anyway, congratulations Zizi on your weight loss. I had a similar weight loss journey, years ago. Believe me getting near to 70Kg is worth it.

I think it's a marathon not a sprint. Most January dieters collapse in misery and go back to the cream cakes and beer by February. Please don't kill yourself or make yourself miserable. Just keep going slow and steady. Good luck.
