I doubt, they cum on demand.
Its all for the camera and the girl.
Camera can shoot more visible and graphic penetrations if studs tip-fuck easier.
And also for girl its easier anal if stud doenst go all the way in, especially in double penetrations, but also single ones. To work with tip-fucking studs is just easier work, less tireing usually, less risk of painful anal moments.
Now this is an explanation. I just bought of a better girls fee structure according to her real anal sex commitment.
Something like an A and B rate for each sex act going rate: tip-fucking being the B-rate. A bit like we have already with wet and dry. And also with each additional stud over 3 studs.
But I'm afraid its too complicated probably for payouts at the end of every scene.

individual rate
+
added fee H for each added stud over basically 3on1: ie. 2x H
+
added fee G for wet
+
bonus payment for balls deep anal
1on1 anal base fee could be ideally doubled for the girl that way by doing wet and balls deep (bd). Means the lowest LP base rate would be much higher, in effect we would get more 1on1 anal scenes probably. But than girls always wanna earn more, thus gang bangs would still pay better as well ofc.
True bd-scenes could than also get charged a bit higher for end user in tkt prices of course!

I don't think it is that simple. There is also prep, accidents tend to happen more often with balls deep, clean up, studio time etc. The less time it takes to shoot a scene, the more they can shoot. I imagine the girls tend to cum more often with balls deep, which in some cases requires a break, and down time. Down time =no money being made. The less worn out the girl, the more scenes she can shoot. Similar like fake creampie. They guy can shoot more scenes per day, if he doesn't come every single scene. But again, it is all about the $$$.

Sometimes it's a deliberate director's decision (they think it looks better' for some strange reason), and sometimes it's to save wear and tear on a girl's ass that just can't take it. I suspect a lot of the time though, it's just down to laziness - less thrusting required by the performers, spend half as much energy on a scene, get it done with the minimum required effort, and move on to the next scene of the day.
I do have some sympathy for these folks, especially if they are fucking for literally hours a day for a paycheck that might not be all that amazing - but as a viewer it's always disappointing.

In this case it all makes less and less sense then.
Overall the dicks that do tipfucking are pencil dicks or just average and often the girls are known for being able to handle a much more harder fucking than shown in these almost vanilla like shows.
