I don't think it is that simple. There is also prep, accidents tend to happen more often with balls deep, clean up, studio time etc. The less time it takes to shoot a scene, the more they can shoot. I imagine the girls tend to cum more often with balls deep, which in some cases requires a break, and down time. Down time =no money being made. Sometimes it's a deliberate director's decision (they think it looks better' for some strange reason), and sometimes it's to save wear and tear on a girl's ass that just can't take it. I suspect a lot of the time though, it's just down to laziness - less thrusting required by the performers, spend half as much energy on a scene, get it done with the minimum required effort, and move on to the next scene of the day.

In this case it all makes less and less sense then.
