I have an Aneros, which i use semi-regularly. I've never achieved a prostate orgasm but i think thats more down to the fact that it can require a lot of 'training' and mental stimulation.
They do feel good though, and can result in a lot of, uh... leakage

It actually comes with a manual, lol.

You can start of using your hands to grind for extra stimulation and then the idea is you work up to hands-free. You basically preform kegals to get it to stimulate your prostate.
