I can't really imagine a long term relationship with a trans girl.
I am afraid that the masculine features are very visible when they get older.

What is interesting is down there is enough acceptance that many girls can get on their hormones before puberty. So, by not having the usual male puberty, they can get off hormones by their late teens (or drastically reduce what they take) as they retain a lighter voice and more feminine features without the testosterone fueled puberty. So you get the girls that are hot, and can perform sexually, are very feminine. Plus it is a haven down there for butt and boob surgeries. Its interesting if that is your thing.
The negative is if you are seeking trans women that are sex workers (which is most of them it seems). the HIV rates were pretty high as barebacking is quite common with escorts. But I assume Prep is being used more down there and it may get a bit better. There are several HIV cases in porn over the years that were traced to male performers going down to South America and barebacking trans sex workers.
