imo it has to do with studios willing to pay the girls for the acts. Some studios are cheap and figure, paying more for an act will not return that investment in sales. Bottom line, girls want to make as much as they can, and studios want to spend as little as they can for production. Bottom line $$$.

Honestly I don't think it's a matter of money: I can hardly figure that a model would charge that much more for peeing herself in addition to being peed on. I think that the directors possibly don't think that so many users could enjoy it. We have some exceptions, like Veronica Leal's scene with BBCs where she pees on Mike, or Monica Wild's and Alita Angel's one with the girls pissing (squirting) on each other, but definitely too little.
To me the wetter, the better.

It is a business. She may like the act or may not, regardless, she will ask for more $$$.
