Hey, is it me or are all these new hot girls from welcome to porn after there debut not fully being used to their limits? In the past there would be follow ups including monstercock anal, 3 on 1 etc and BBC anal (sometimes even in debut!). But nowadays Im not seeing the followup. It looks after the debut they sort of fizzle out. It is a huge waste.

You're right, and even though I'm very glad to see constantly new hot girls debuting in porn, for sure some (not few) of them would deserve a more deepened "analysis".
Well I think that it's dued to the crisis situation that prevents to freely travel from country to country: we must just have some more patience.

Looks like test phase is much shorter nowadays.
Only 2-3y back a rookie would get booked for 3-5 scenes and than studios would decide about re-booking or not.
Now, just as Robin wrote again today, there is 1 test scene for a pretty and anal-friendly girl like Kinushki or Sugar Lya and if they dont sell appropriate that was it. Looks like cash is just too scarce to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance.
Or is it that like in other spheres of business there is just no start-up cross-financing option anymore?

Yes, the situation is what you describe. On one side I can understand that a producer is not willing to invest on a model who doesn't give sure expectations to gain profit, on the other one it's a pity that a newbie has just one possibility. We have many models that after a lukewarm debut have become really hot and have made career. I think however that already on the first shooting it's possible to see the potential, then you have to valuate the sales and maybe also the feedback on the forum.

You could look at it like this: The 1 scene rule of LP core studios is a shared risk. At least after each studio tried to sell a girl, studios outside LP will do it - and if then she's really successful and feels like doing it - she can come back and try again of course.
Within LP rule is that not every girl sells at every studio. Thus basically in ideal case for the girl its still 3 scenes.
