What is the policy of LP regarding posting GIFs

I wanted to know what is the policy of LP concerning gif sharing. I know that you can generate gifs directly from pornbox, so I assume that it is encouraged. But what about longer gifs (60 seconds) and with sound.

Then it’s not a GIF. GIFs don’t have sound.

In that case there are Webm (not supported here I thnk), or flv.
