India is not 'easy access' from Europe by the way!

It is, it is easy to get a tourist visa for India and there are some direct flights from the EU to India at reasonable pricing as well as indirect flights via many airlines and their hubs in the middle east. (obviously not during Covid 19 but normally).

It's easier to get there from Europe than Canada, that' s true!

Its easy from canada. One flight to Hong Kong and then a flight to India. Canadians also can enter on tourist visa. Length of time is not what I consider to be difficult. Its just part of travel

of course, nothing is happening with Covid 19, but normally , its an easy thing to do.

I hope they can uphold basic principles of decency while being over there .
