Hopefully they are working to solve this issue.

So i'm not the only one with this problem.

When will this issue be fixed? Any mod can report on this?

Is the mods aware of this?

Very annoying and regrettable that nobody at LP cares about an explanation. For sure not the best way to handle an issue. At this point it seems clear that it's intentional, but it would be useful to hear why.

Can be a lot of things:

The last releases have now the "analvids.com" mark. Are they migrating the site to the new server?, maybe some bad activities with PM or simply someone decided disable it for other reason but can be other reasons.

Yes, anything is possible, therefore it would be fair and kind to hear something from the people in charge.

Would we all get our old private messages back as well? That is of course very important as im sure ton of us have messages with other users.

If you are not somebody special, then nobody is. Agree about excessive prices and also stated many times. What a pity to wait so long for stunning Lina Luxa and have at the end this waste.

But lack of PM possibility already shows in other threads because not all is meant to be discussed in the open, who answers when if a model calls etc. Please nobody say I triggered that! Its not me who closed that PM possibility.

We are definitely no mass: very disappointed that very few users are complaining about this loss and how LP is handling it.

7 different posters so far.
But than 5 of the TOP10 active ones!
Maybe we are a force not to be completely neglected...?

It seems strange not to address it. If they wanted to remove the feature, that's all well and good, but it's strange not to acknowledge it. We are left to wonder if it was even intentional or just an accident.

I don't use the feature much, but I did notice it went missing a few days ago. Seems strange, it's such a standard feature for an online forum.

At this point it's clear that it's absolutely intentional and no, it's NOT all well and good, but they should at least take position and say the reason of that. They have already deleted part of Cayenne's posts without any explanation and are doing the same here. That's NOT acceptable.

I don't really care, but

can't help but noticed over the years that it was helpful sometimes.

For example, over at the support forum, many issues,
such as name changing accounts, cancelling accounts, double charges, issues with credit cards, etc

were solved via Private Messages (PM).

Also, I don't know if any of these came to fruition
but people who showed interest in getting involved with LP
said so via forum thread and I noticed Gio and Petra telling them to send them a PM.

I also saw amy fair share of shady people too. lol

The private messages feature was a very useful one, also for the producers to get in touch with a model or to fix some issues, as somebody has already pointed out. At least you could leave the recorded ones on the user's control panel, even preventing the possibility of new messages. This unscrupulousness is truely annoying and unacceptable.

Did you even consider that we might have a good reason for removing them? Do you even know if letting the messages up while preventing new messages is allowed by the phpBB code (it's not)? No you don't because you are a user who doesn't see the business side of things.
