Not really, unless someone does actually shit during the scene.

Sometimes you have to endure some nasty farts, though. Not gapefarts, which are just trapped air, but REAL farts. In fact, the guys are responsible for that more than the girls. It does make for some funny blooper reel material, but it's not fun to be there when it happens.

That's not super common. It mostly just smells like sweat.

If you properly douche and don't eat before sex there will be no issues with poop or bad smells

Unless there is an accident (doesnt happen often), the main smells will have nothing to do with the asshole. You have naked bodies, huffing and puffing, sweating, spitting, pissing (if the scene calls for it), camera crew, sprays and lotions being used, lubes, all the guys deoderant mixing with their sweat, the list goes on. Indoor porn sets are not pleasant in most cases.

I have tasted ass and smelled/worshiped feet and I can say ass tastes like Creme' Brulee' and feet smell like roses...although the woman who I was with took great care of herself and was very feminine.
