Well said, totally agree. For me it's a compliment calling a woman slut, meaning that she's sexually attractive and ready and eager to enjoy sex. You could also use whore in this meaning, but this term could also be derogatory and is better to be avoided.

I don't subscribe to double standards. Some women are proud of being sluts as they should be. However you have to take everything in context.

Without deepening sociological and psychological aspects, I think that each woman feels pleased being called a slut, that, at least for the majority of men, means that she is sexually desirable and willing to please. I think the best way to support victims of sexual prejudice is to embrace the Slut and to love the Whore.

Insults and prejudice work only when both the perpetrators and the victims agree on the negative meaning of the insulting words. The word 'Whore' is not an insult anymore, when you say that you like such women and you are into them. They are you favorite kind of ladies.
