Yes, I have looked up Victoria Daniels and Rita Rush's pregnant scenes and while not gangbangs, they are beautiful!

I would say think of the child, "normal" vaginal sex is safe if it's gentle according to midwives here, but a girl getting manhandled by 6 guys, taking dvp and dap, getting slapped around is not a good idea if they child would risk injury. Safety first, especially if it comes to an unborn child

As i said, just take out those elements then. DP + No manhandling + No slapping, guys supporting model and making sure shes comfortable
