The LP team should create a new studio called Legends Division for older stars returning from retirement, Let them direct the action and choose the guys they want to work with.
Create the platform and have your team reach out to the talent and see if they bite. This will be a guaranteed success since most of these retired stars left behind a massive fanbase.

And yes i know they all had their reasons for retiring, amazing comebacks is never impossible though.
