Of course!
I like the idea that my woman would dress according to what kind of romp she wants; using garb and flavour from all the porn periods.
From a Flapper and 70's lingerie to modern vinyl and leather...A dumpy tracksuit and/or simple sleeveless Tee/cotton panties(no thong) can be and is just as sexy.
An article of clothing can add texture to the moment; but isn't necessary at all. Sometimes just changing the type bedding-material or room-temp can do wonders.
Thongs, more times than not...don't suit the type of bum their suppose to accentuate. They have their place and time.
Use cheaper fishnets/nylons for common or kinkier play...so if and when they get ruined, it isn't a financial issue. They then get moved to the trashy/raunchy side of cosplay.
Those vinyl short-shorts are a good throwback.
I'm kind partial to the fishnet bodystocking as a middle-ground accent piece; especially over titties with perky nipples poking out.
Remember: panties go on the outside of the garters (unless they are crotchless).
Porn and behind closed doors, is really the only time I can handle dolled-up, glam make-up.
And even then...with higher the definition of film/photos; less is usually more. Can't treat colour HDtv like the old black & white films when it comes to make-up.
A photo is different though, I personally find make-up translates better in a still.
