I wonder why you asked this question? I'd encourage you to just embrace your sexuality and not be concerned about trying to give yourself some sort of label.

The answer is as others have said though - somebody is bisexual only if they are sexually attracted to both men and women. I'll add that there is also absolutely nothing wrong with anyone being bisexual as far as I'm concerned, in common with any other sexual preference. Where things get stupid is when one person starts trying to tell another what they 'should' be attracted to.
