Little room for DP newbies at AA and AB

There are so many American models who want to do their first DP but never get a chance ( some have even already retired
)
I wouldn´t have created this topic if there would be a regular output of scenes (... say 2 scenes per week . An output like Gonzo during their best times would be a dream ... ) . But when we only get 1 scene per week at best it´s really time to consider how American Anal and Assablanca choose how many scenes a model gets .
Sorry , but with the current scheme I feel that every model who comes for the 2nd or the 3rd ( ! ) time within a short span , she takes a away the possibility for 1 or 2 American models to get their first Dp at both of these studios .
Ex : Congrats for having done the first Dp of Lana Sharapova ( This is what I want to see , a natural model without tattoos ) . But if she comes back within such a short time , I see less chances for the remaining models willing to do such a scene .
I have a quite long list of American models open for DP , some even having expressed their desire to do it , and some even have said on Twitter they would like to work for AA ... It makes me so sad when I see some of them retiring soon after complaining about not getting enough scenes .
Another point is that we often see models getting dp´ed at these studios who already have done this act elsewhere .
Same as above : This leaves less possibilities for the potential Dp newbies waiting for their turn .
