I think it's normal for heterosexual porn-fans to judge women by their looks and guys by their performance. And there is nothing sad about that.

But skin color makes a difference in terms of contrast and visibility for the audience. Black on white or white on black has much more contrast between the colors, than white on white or black on black.

And this means that the film-maker is more free to shoot the action various distances and angles. Which can make the film more hot, than where you need more close-up shots.
