I don't enjoy watching men rub their cocks together so the ideal for me is always a max of one cock per 'hole'!

I'd generally prefer fast and deep single anal or vaginal penetration to DP for similar reasons, although if the girl is clearly getting off more on DP then I'm prepared to make the 'concession' .
