The Demise of LegalPorno

I see a growing and disturbing trend toward the Americanization of LegalPorno. This bothers me tremendously as there is plenty of garbage American porn out there with girls who are what people in Europe simply call "fat" but what Americans call "curvy" or some other nonsense. These girls seem not to do much anal and definitely not double anal, and, if they do, they aren't close to as good as the other girls.
Avi Love is the exception. She's the fucking hottest girl on this site.
I think LegalPorno needs to really crack down on illegal videos getting to other sites. I think the price should rise because the content tis worth it, and that you should use the money to get lawyers to get your content off the other sites. Then I think you should use your higher prices to focus on what you do best, which is crazy double and triple anal gangbangs with cute European girls with skinny bodies and sexy faces, rather than chunky American girls who look masculine and make a lot of noise and are just not attractive at all.
I would happily pay more for this site and I'm sure a lot of other people would too. I think you need more DRM protection. I don't know how you'd do that but one idea is to only upload files in 4K, and then create a two-tiered membership, where one allows downloads that are so slow that no one would bother to download them to upload them elsewhere, and the where the other tier is so fast but so expensive that no one would downloaded would want to share with anyone else.
In general, I object to the growing Americanization of LegalPorno. I honestly believe there is no site that comes even close to LP in terms of quality, and am a member of several other sites as well so I know what I am talking about here. I don't like that lP is starting to use real life sets instead of their usual white room where the focus is on the girls and the guys fucking the shit out of them. I don't like the move to plots, and I don't like the move to glam. If you want to do these things, I think you should create a separate site where you market this content and keep LP pure. This is basic product differentiation from basic economics. Keep your high value product here and charge a lot for it, and then move your low value product, which is the cheap American porn, onto another site. Make the American porn good enough so that you'll get people who would sign up for Brazzers or other garbage sites but not so good that people would sign up for that site instead of the premium LP. Make Premium LP more expensive but make it better, with faster download speeds and more 4K. And then get an army of attorneys to go after every single person/site where your stuff is uploaded without your consent. This is for your benefit because it allows you to make more money by controlling your product, but it is also for our benefit as consumers so we don't feel like shitheads for paying for stuff that we could get for free elsewhere.
So, short version: no Americans, lots of hot guys with big cocks, more gang bangs, love the move to two part movies so more of those please, keep the white rooms, charge more money, and stick to what you do well. No more "glam porn" or, if you insist on it, then move it elsewhere.
I feel like you may not realize the extent to which your product is better than everyone else's. Your price is too low and should be higher. I want you to charge more so that you have more money to keep making more high quality stuff. I actually want you to take more money from me, and am complaining that you are trying to compete on price with the other sites. The other sites are garbage and nobody cares about 30 bucks a month. You could make it $100 for all I care. Just charge what you need to charge to keep doing what you're doing.
If you don't believe me, consider this. I could read the NYTimes for free all day every day. And yet I pay $65 a month to read the online-only version of the Financial Times, and will soon pay $80 a month to also get the paper version. This is because I care about quality. And there are a lot of people out there who are also like me. I think.
Thirty bucks a month is nothing. You need to charge more so that you can keep this up. Because I don't want this site to go away. And I don't want you to start thinking that you have to do American-style porn because that is the only way you can make money at $30/month. It may be the only way to make money at that price, but who says you need to charge that price?
Here's what I propose. Get rid of the membership system and stick to tickets. Set the price of each movie based on the number of movies a person has already watched. So, for example, a guy who has watched no movies should pay 10 tickets for a movie, but a guy who has watched 100 movies should pay, say, 4 tickets for a movie. Then increase the price of the tickets for everyone.
If you do it this way, then you will achieve the following result. First, people who are loyal will remain loyal, because the cost of switching will be too high since they have already amassed a sort of "good will" account with LP that they won't get anywhere else. Second, You'll make more money since people like me will see the discount and then buy even more videos. Third, you may reduce pirating but I'm not sure. Fourth, you'll have more money to reinvest into more and better content. And fifth, if you really insist on creating a budget brand, nothing is stopping you from creating a different website that offers similar but lower quality stuff for the same $30 a month. This way, you keep your $30./month subscribers, but you get more money out of people like me, who want you to have that money so that you'll make better films.
I'll close with a story. In the 19th century, the French used to remove the roof from the cabins of all the second class carriages in their trains. This meant that passengers in second class would get rained on and they would be miserable, but they would still buy the tickets because they wanted something. These are your $30/month customers who want American porn. Then, they would charge extra for first class, because they knew that they had made first class so much better and second class so much worse that people would pay. And they did. And today, the French have the best trains in the world.
