I think its not about the heels or stockings, but the girls we feel attracted to wearing them. Heels just make girls look more attractive. Most barefoot fans would say the same, I guess, its just they want them to undress when the sex starts mostly. Its always a mix for me. I want a certain girl and a certain porn performance (usually DAP in my case, or sometimes an rookie anal/DP), maybe with certain set of studs and than if I have a choice or I have to choose because I run out of tickets, heels and stockings play a decisive role.
