Posted: Sun Jul 29, 2018 8:18 amAt least in germany, you get a VISA card from several banks if you open an account there for free. Also you can get one via Amazon. I have three cards although I only need one. Nobody checked if I had a job. The only thing that can cause problems is when you didn't pay your debts in the past.
