She's posting here as tigercafe. Her last 8 messages on her model thread are a rant against The White Models agency.

I don't read Czech, but I translated the messages and you can tell she had a very negative experience with them. One line translates into:

"The whitemodels is the biggest shit for which I worked. Since signing agreements with you has come vile arrogance conduct not help with anything and stealing from mich money into envelopes for doubtful dubious nose surgery."

Condition of her agreement was that she lose weight and she save money for schedule a plastic operation for her nose. The money were saved into a envelop. As after few months we (or she, I dont remember) suggested her/us to terminated the agreement with us/her (and she/we agreed) she got back the money into the envelop.
She can claim not to be a happy about us, but for fuck say we were terribly unhappy as well.

We could write negative feedback about many models:
- Models arrive on stage high
- Models that did not wake up in the morning
- Model that forget at home medical test or ids or even came to work without the necessary outfit
- Models complaining for lack of job, but then did not show up to shooting or did not show up to the bus station cancelling for example the whole tour in Budapest
I can continue to write all the morning about bullshits.

We have an agreement that doesnt allow both parts to spread sensitive information about the cooperation but models think only about money... "oh there is a 40k agreement, lets sign and then its done, I can dont give a fuck about this and just claim for the money"

In Prague unfortunately most of the models has the next politic: "I fuck up with a model agency? I simply go to another"
With us doesnt work like that, if you fuck up you have to pay fees or you provide medical certificate (exactly how works in Budapest)
This is also the reason why we almost ignore the Cz girls.

I should not even explain it, but act like Brill Babes for example: stop writing and answering on any forum because: "... forum is important for pple who provocates and for the ones who let themselvs to provocate... Pple can write whatever they want we do not react or care. Waisting of time."

And this is how I feel me now, I wasted 5 minutes of my live to write something that most of people wont even read or understand.

IMO you shouldn't dismiss all Czech women because they are Czech.
The problem with the behavior it's their age and not their nationality.


Most people start earning very little at their age and as we get older we start earning more comparable amounts.
So we understand the value of being on time, going to work sober, etc, etc.

Pornstars lack the perspective of being poor and that's why they don't value your time or your staff's and arrive late or don't show up, or high, drunk and whatever.

I personally prefer pornstars who are 24 and up, they perform better and IMO are more attractive.
And they probably are less hassle for you. But you have a thing for the inexperienced :P

Still, I agree its wrong to blame nationality generally. Fact still is Russian girls are very often more disciplned at work, which makes it all just easier.

Much like strippers, I imagine porn girls are just as flaky, insecure attention whores and drama queens that reside on the crazy side. I am sure there are exceptions, but for the most part I think the studios and agencies have their hands full. I am not saying the agencies and studios are a bunch of angels , just strictly talking about the girls.

That sounds a little harsh, sure there are crazy models as within any group of people, but deeming all porn models is just unfair. You gotta separate it's one thing to act like a slut/whore on camera but that's playing a role. The LP girls deserve a lot of respect for their work, and really they are talented. I guess that 99% of the rest of women could not do all these crazy penetrations and crazy scenes they do.

Not once did I ever think "rotten nose" or "lose weight". One's one perception is important but body dis-morphia is a bad thing.
