Using a code word is better actually!
Luis recently just says "yeah!" when he wants a girl to start moaning again. Its usually just that the gilrs forget the moaning part of their job and get quiet. "Yeah!", codeword works only fine if director doenst talk much during the shooting. Anyway, pre-scene instructing to moan the more the harder the fucking doenst help if the girl forgets about later.

According to the intensity of sex. It should fit the power of how hard/soft she's getting fucked. Kinda gives the audience an indication of what she's feeling in a particular moment. If that makes any sense
