I've never ever been a fan of makeup on screen or in real-life--it makes porn even more fake than it already is and it saves a lot of time for the girls. Without makeup, you know precisely when it's time to dump a gf! Yes, it makes a girl more photogenic, but what's the point if she wears so much that she could be a clown in a circus? LP can take away even more of Woodman's customers since many of his scenes are purposely makeup free. I would like to see at least ONE scene where the girl doesn't wear it--I'm sure you can at least find ONE model (younger than age 30) who would agree?

I like girls with make-up and without make-up, I prefer make-up to be minimal, a natural look is my favourite. Some girls don't suit a natural look, and are more photogenic with heavier make-up... and vice versa.

GG can save a lot of money and time if he didn't hire all those makeup artists. Girls can choose to do their own minimal makeup at home, even hair. Unless the girl is hideous without makeup, I don't think most fans would care if it's au naturale up to half of the scenes.

Maybe a good compromise is to just go with the make-up the women show up to studio with. That's what I want to see. Who the actress is before they are manipulated by others. Their own clothes and make-up is an interesting form of personal expression.

My attraction is to the actress. Not to what the studio thinks the actress should be. If they manipulate everything about her, it is more difficult to have any idea about what type of person she really is.
