Breast implants... for the right price, you can get the inserted through small cuts in the armpits so there are no marking anywhere on the breasts. That is what I got. It seems most porn girls go for the cheaper jobs where they slice open around the nipples or the really cheap jobs where they slice under the breasts... both leaving scars. The scars are a deterrent to the beauty of the breasts.

Also, the size of the implant in relation to the body. A tiny petite woman with massive implants doesn't look as good as if she had nice C's. A thick curvy woman looks great with DD's because the body supports it.

Naturals are awesome... however, a quality breast job that fits well with the woman's body does look very beautiful.

As for booty implants.... I never did like them. Female butts are awesome even if small and butt implants feel horrible to the touch, and just look weird. However, I have met some Trans Girls who did "fat injections" (they take fat from other parts of the body and put it in)., and those can feel pretty good. A lot of the Brazilian TGirl porn stars do that.

As for facial surgeries... They generally make you look too plastic, especially with the "fish lips".... also ,a lot of women who get facial work, dont' stop. They keep getting more until they have had 10+ procedures and the looks degrade.

I'm not a fan of ass implants. In case of boobs - it depends how good or bad was surgery. Generally I'm follower of natural body but I don't have issues with good boob job. E.g. this is example of great augmentation .

In the movie "The Neon Demon" they actually explain (briefly) why cosmetic surgery is a bad idea, in particular for women that are already pretty.
Although I think this was a well filmed movie, good acting, yada yada, is also very bizarre so I don't really recommend seeing it.

In short, they explain, nothing any surgeon can do, will ever match natural occurring beauty.

But is a trade off, You will subtract from your overall beauty value, and will add that to your attractive value.

Beauty IMO has more to do with proportions and symmetry (and good health), rather than size (attractiveness).
But either of those wont scale up or down to infinity. Meaning that there is a point where, you wont be
more attractive or prettier. Per say, keep adding size to a woman breast wont continue to make her more attractive,
at some point, she will be unlike any human and will just be downright ugly and unattractive.

For example, Blanche Bradburry was already very attractive before her breast implant.
I mean, you see that woman like her walking down the street and your thought process goes like:
"HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, please have my babies" or similar, right?
But when she added a bigger breast size, her attractiveness didn't really changed much,
but her beauty decreased slightly because now she looks slightly disproportionate.

I think guys who like her better now, just value attractiveness higher than they value beauty.

But when I see Aletta Ocean before and after comparison picture I'm like "What have you done?!"

It's pretty evident that this mainly concerns the issue of for or against breast implants. By the look of comments here many seem to disapprove.
I would like to voice a different point of view before this turns into a one sided anti rant against girls with breast implants.

I'll make no bones about it : I REALLY LOVE BIG ROUND FIRM STRUTTING TITS - especially when they are enhanched - or "fake". It's a total turn on! Don't get me wrong I like and admire natural beuaty as much as the next person, but I do like really, really big round firm tits.

There is lot of approaches to this, but money is important tertiary in best case, after type of intervention and education and skills of medical workers... I'll be short, plastic aesthetic surgery is still daughter of reconstructive surgery. Due of this, simplified, in general you'll get better job in Eastern Europe than on the West, regardless ammount (similar relation as Canada-USA).

My personal preference are girls with a similar body type of Cayenne Klein or Leona Levi, etc. So beautiful face, small breast, medium size ass.

Generally I agree with you. Sometimes surgery is needed to fix imperfections of nature. From other side it's hard to understand all those perfect girls who are ruin their bodies by unnecessary interference... At the end it's alwyas personal decision.

To be honest, I love skinny women! And with skinny women, you have most of the time also little breast and little ass!
I love little ass, big asses are not attractive to me at all.

Concerning the breast, I like beautiful breat, little breast and bigger breast but I do not find huge breast attractive at all. Like the huge sizes that we know from American actress.

To me personally it's a big no and shows that the woman in some cases has 0 self esteem. I always pass on movies with implants. It's like a clown show. Unless it's done extremely well where I my brain is fooled and it looks better than before. In most cases girls with beutiful full d cups get impants. I don't get it.
