My idea is a Poll Obligatory, so that LP has a representative result from all members. The clue is that LP can use this data to improve their content better. So it is guaranteed that LP reacts by the majority of the users.

Dale's are more representative than forums users...

Can't be obligatory, but it's a good idea to try to get a fair measure of opinions, so I support it.

Too many new US customers for that step, or else you want LP become really mainstream.
Still, a rating system for each scene bought would be a great market research option, also includeing some extra questions.

And how do you know that US customers come here for mainstream?

But keep it simple e.g. rate a scene from 1 star to 5 stars and a model from 1 to 5 hearts

No poll needed! Just look at all the small post number forum newbies here and check the discurse they start here.

Ok but what with haters? If I don't like some girl I can deliberately give her one star... Don't get me wrong I assume most of us are normal people using brains but there are also some morons who are focused on complaining about everything. Moreover - polls aren't also the best and perfect way in my opinion to collect data, always it is possibility to manipulate of data or poll can be tendentious.

True, there are morons everywhere. But what % are morons/haters and can they really distort the feedback by much?
They can be noisy in an anonymous forum, but do they want to record all their hate against their sign-up username?
I guess mostly haters will not rate a girl at all if they don't like her, so they will not give her even 1 heart out of a possible 5 hearts. Just my guess.

Maybe it's fair to give a girl only 1 heart if that's really what you think. Many websites use such a system. No worse than spending no tickets on her scenes?
However much we love our personal favourite pornstars, they are all putting their images up for sale in a commercial market and only the most popular will get the callbacks. If we don't try to measure them in any additional ways then only the cold sales figures will ever be counted.

I agree that polls aren't perfect, particularly with the wording of the questions and with limited choices.

So, OK, what are your better suggestions please?

Hmmm... good questions . It's hard to determinate how much % can morons/haters disort trully feedback. I really don't know . Don't get me wrong it was only and expample. Nick or username can be always changed so it's hard to tell if haters are anonymous or not, but I think it's not a point of this conversation. As I said I'm focused on my fav stars and mainly I'm writing post in dedicated threads; if I don't like some girls I just not comment negative posts because it wouldn't be fair, all of us have different preferences of beauty and it's notmal thing I suppose. Anyway I don't have a clue what could be better than polls... I only expressed sentence that we shouldn't blindly believe in polls, that's all. BTW as you also said sales sometimes means nothing, you know piracy etc :/.Anyway if we would based on polls it should be first thought and formulated in an appropriate manner, which isn't so simple.

Of course sales are very importantand and it's obvious taht girl with higher sales has more chances to be booked again for further scenes and yes you have absolutely right that our feedback is important. I'm not against polls, on the contrary smart poll is great thing, but I would like to emphasise "smart". OK sometimes even flawed poll can bring all of us something good, but generally it would be nice to think through before starting the poll.

Yeah, agree.

It was only an idea, an another solution can be rating buttons or official polls from LP. But this is I think only one sided. My idea is, that we can take more the ideas from the members.
