Otherwise we'll soon have threads complaining that "newbies are lame" or whatever. Which isn't helpful.
IMO real newbies should start with solo softcore sites and move on through vanilla sites as their confidence grows, and up their levels at their own pace if they want to. A site like LP should represent the pinnacle for the best girls, not necessarily the first port of call.
