Are you having erection problems (i.e. can't get hard, can't maintain an erection or can't ejaculate)? Do you still jerk off, just not with porn as an aid, or have you lost total interest in sex. You might have underlying medical or psychological issues. This is nothing to be ashamed of: you should be able to get joy out of life and be happy. A visit to a doctor may help you get your mojo back both physically and mentally.

Not being addicted is good. Do other stuff! For me, it's like eating. If I'm not hungry, what's the big deal? Probably if you increase your exercise level, your libido will increase. Either way, I wouldn't worry about it, pick up some other interesting activities and just let it go.

OP: I feel for you but best advice is take a break from it and recharge. I have recently and been enjoying the outdoors, although the weather here is shite I have been trying to some more wholesome activities. Now that I have had a break I am up for more porn.

Do some hobbies, spend time with loved ones, exercise, party, whatever. Don't give up for good though, porn is ingrained into most of our dna's and to deprive completely of what we love is ultimately counter productive:) x
