Although Canadian I also feel Jemma has certainly proved her ability on LP and does bring that across the pond sweet girl next door healthy looks and personality which can be so attractive xx

What irritates me about the obsession with getting US models to work with LP is the suspicion that this would somehow 'legitimize' LP in some people's eyes - like , wow, they're working with US models now, they've really arrived. Apologies if I've just invented that, and it's all in my mind! I imagine it would commercially be very lucrative for LP.

Misquote of Overarching aside you provided a non confrontational response so I am happy to hear your opinion which of course is valid. I will however pull you aside just a little on my preferred female tastes, yes I am attracted to young (not very!) and slim but that's not an exclusive preference. I enthuse a hell of a lot about Carol Wings, Jemma and Alex Stein all of whom don't fall under that category.

I guess you can compare the porn business (US / Euro) to the mainstream movie business. Hollywood is "the thing", even if everyone knows a lot of it is just lame mainstream crap. Great post Laura I pretty much agree with this, although I do quite like US porn, But European porn is overall quite a bit better for me plus the girls are on another level in terms of overall natural beauty. I personally love the way porn is done over in Europe and I like the way it’s done differently to the US, but having said that, I also like the way the US does porn too. These things have to stay the same. The idea of having US girls in LP is quite annoying for me since I generally don’t want to see this, and I hope on the whole LP keeps to this model of European and Russian only, However I am fully open to talented acceptations, Like you also said, Roxy Raye is amazing and one of my personal favs, her anal talent is almost unmatched imo. I must confess I don't care from which country the porn actresses come from.
They all have pros and cons depending on your own perspective.

For instance American tend to perform for so much longer than their European counterparts and also seem to act a bit better. But the European stay all natural and jump straight into the harder stuff much more often.

American also put less emphasis on teenage look like women. They must have realized that the people paying are not teenagers. LOL.

I'm obviously generalizing.

My reasons for preferring Euro stars:

More demure and graceful
Less vulgar
Slimmer and leaner bodies
Less plastic
Less tattoos
Less hairy vaginas
Easier on the eyes
Far easier on the ears
Understated beauty

Hopefully that won't induce counter comments and now that we both know what we like, I am happy to move on

+1, but I get tired of reading people complain when an American pornstar is mentioned. I honestly admit I lean more to US women mainly because of there bodies but Blanche Bradburry, Kitana Lure, Nicole Heavenly, Isabella Clark, Mila Milan, to name a few have my type of bodies. Although I can easily buy there scenes because of the sex acts being performed IMO I just don't find slender or curvy women as attractive as the athletic ones. I can also admit that I spend most of my money on Euro sites because I don't like waiting about 3 years before an anal attempt. For me, the difference between american and european girls is essentialy in the acting.
