bit rate looks a bit off to me, not smooth frame rate?

1 was a little poorer looking than 2 and 3. I struggled to see much between 2 and 3. 3 would be a good compromise.

Have you tried dropping the frame rate and seeing how that looks? I'm sure we'll be happy to provide more feedback on some more sample.

for me its quality 2 but an sample with fast moving would be much better because then you see what higher bitrate will bring much better video quality

1 is poor. 3 is a little better than 2.
