If you have abnormingly flat or hanging boobs or you have been through an cancer- operation then of course. I would understand and support silicone. But those tits in the vid are to big to be natural. You need to not have a logic and common sense to not agree about that.

That do not take away the reason to write what i just wrote. Those breast in the vid looks better than the abnormingly hanging breast, but they still are unnaturally big for the rest of the body. That is a fact and that fact has nothing to do with taste. Taste is taste. It still is unnatural and for a plastic surgeon to claim that tehy look natural is like looking at an apple with a size of a pumpkin and say: "That is so natural...."....

This is what you said, no mention of whether or not they're natural or not. You don't mention anything about taste here either, so how does this even relate to what you're saying now about taste? It's not arrogant, it's just not within the same context.

The unnatural size is something i mentioned first of all because of the video. It was a perfect example of something witch is not natural.
