Presumably it's the payment processors who banned it. Even if they aren't U.S. companies, if they accept U.S. credit cards and want to continue to be able to do so for all their customers (not just LP) they have to comply with U.S. credit card company rules, which presumably include any U.S.-ruled obscene pornography, since courts in the U.S. have ruled piss porn to be such. Even if the U.S. government itself isn't acting against it at this point, it's technically illegal and so U.S. companies tend to enforce such bans strongly, and it trickles out to other areas where bans may not exist thanks to the centralization of payment systems.

I'm in the US and I love piss. I watched a news report that credit card companies (visa & mastercard) don't want customers to use their services for extreme porn like piss. Many other countries it is legal but US has strict laws that ban it. That is why Kink stopped their pissing site. Porn producers in US are afraid of big credit card companies banning them. They won't risk their profit over a niche market.
