I do however, think that gaping does need to be done in moderation..

In my opinion, ideally (depending on the scene format) the girl will work her way up to gaping during the intro, by the end of which her ass should be as open as possible, giving us a nice sneak preview of what is to follow

Once the actual sex begins, gaping should be done from time to time throughout the remainder of the scene, especially after a lengthy session of fucking in each position (but prior to the position change). In short, gapes should always be included in every anal scene. But they should never overtake the focus, which should rightfully be hard intense anal sex!

I tend to agree with the underlying premise of these statements, that gaping should not interfere with the sexual intensity of the scene, although I don't necessarily believe that this means it has to be limited to position changes or swaps. That said, every once in a while special models like Jane come along and show that instead of having to interrupt penetration in order to pause for gapes, hard straight fucking and glorious gaping can simultaneously coexist!
