It would also depend on the total number of votes registered.
If the sample size is very small e.g. 30 total votes or less, than the outcome is not necessarily valid.

Either way, it is for the studios, LP/AV, PornBox to decide what they wish to release. They have all the data, sales figures, number of hits etc.
I trust they know what to do because ultimately they still want to make money.
