I met plenty of pornstars in my life (I live in Miami, so there are at least 5 pornstars in every street) and they were not "total crazy sluts" as you see them in the movies. They were ACTING on those movies.
Porn is fantasy as Master Giorgio said.
Actually, I met about more than a dozen pornstars that were VERY CONSERVATIVE in their "civilian" lives, kinda strict Christian, super-PTA moms. And some of those pornstars looked VERY SLUTTY in their movies (there was even one that did a couple of the "Guttermouths" series movies. But she was so strict and conservative outside her job that you couldn't even believe that she was a pornstar if you didn't watch her movies before meeting her).
So, while it is sad that a hot girl died, there is no problem watching her movies.

Some would say that the so-called real life is acting, and porn is where people let themselves go and show their true selves.
Because in so-called real life, there are all kinds of social rules and social pressures on people to conform and be like everybody else. And it's only on a movie set, where everyone is accepting and supporting, that people can let themselves go and be their true selves.
I can say for myself that I keep my porn-watching and my sex-life private, even though this is where I'm authentic and true to myself. And in public I try to follow the rules and be more or less like everyone else. So, I'm acting in public and not showing my true self. It's only when I feel secure and free from judgement of other people, that I let myself go and show my true self.
Perhaps the truth is that every person has many sides and aspects to themselves and everything they say and do is equally real. It's just that different circumstances and different social environments bring out different aspects and different sides of people. There is no such thing as one aspect being more real than another. They are all real.
