I've invited people who despise me to kindly block my posts...some have taken me up on the offer, some want to continue to bash and attack me.

I noticed that "BBC lovers" are among the most hateful towards me. Stating that in this thread has just made them more angry. Then I read some of the replies here and noticed that some of these BBC lovers have a very low opinion of White men. I called out PC_82 but he's not the only one.

Well...let's see here. If we're seeing big traffic from India, Mexico and Egypt why not build a site to boost BUYERSHIP from those regions. We're basically talking about "Brown" guys leading the way for this new site. Even though Indians, Mexicans and Egyptians are three entirely different groups. I think it would be fair to say that Ed Junior, Erik Klein and Tony Brooklyn could be the base male cast for that site.

The good side of that is that All three of those guys are mixed enough that any of them could be a base male cast for other future ethnic/regional demographic niche sites.

While that is happening, build up the Euro demographic niche with increasing the workload for "top performer" Euro guys and maybe recruiting a few newer guys.


I'm seeing comments on the Georgio thread where he's ruminating over what exactly is holding back ticket buys. I'm seeing a lot of comments on what people don't want to see in a scene. I personally feel that in trying to include as much of the fetish stuff in there (to satisfy as many niches as possible) they have turned off more potential buyers than they have created.

Here's an example: Great trailer with hot girls until someone starts pissing, turning off more people than it turns on.
People start to reconsider buying tickets.

Obviously LP would start with who they're getting eyes from now (India, Mexico, Egypt) and their natural customer base Europe/West. Building down from there based on how the next 5-10 nations rank.

This also has to take into account what proportion of those viewers are buying and in a position to buy.

Example: As a % of total views, India ranks high but ticket Buys from India are a much smaller % and France is higher--might want to prioritize building Western Europe male demographic niche site first...and vice versa.

Well most consumers aren't like me, I'm an "activist investor" of sorts. Most consumers from the "natural demographic base" are making their feelings known by flat out not visiting LegalPorno.com

In their view, there would have to be manifest evidence of a change in direction (perhaps only a change in website name might work at this point but I don't think people "hate" this studio like others) visible on porn galleries and the tube sites to draw a customer here before they are ready to pay.

You have me (and this site for that matter) in a sort of "chicken or the egg dilemma" that I can't give you a credible answer on until I see something. If after some meaningful change is implemented and you STILL don't see a huge jump from the "Brown guy" regions and the "natural demographic base" I'll tell you full on that I really don't know what else would work other than a full name change. Something I don't think the site owners would be willing to do. They'd rather just accept the low profit returns as they are and keep things predictable than change the name of the site.

The 80/20 ratio is based on my older idea of what would make the Euro/White "natural demographic base" rapidly increase to the point that LegalPorno.com would reach it's peer studios in Europe and the U.S.

The 80/20 ratio was devised before I came up with the idea to boost the "Brown guy" consumer base simultaneously as the Euro/White.


I believe that the 80/20 ratio is an inferior idea to my new regional/ethnic demographic niche concept outlined in this and my previous post.
