Little to add. But OP please also take into account that porn also reflects general body fashion and tattoos became a lot more fashionable than they were 10 years ago. Silicon is still mainly a cure against tits getting saggy usually past mid 20yo and so is the silicon range of LP mainly, 26 to 40+ yo, MILF or MILFy mainly.
As a consumer I can live with both, depends on my watching mood really, but my heart beats for the flat chested petite girls rather, ideally 18 to 21yo or a bit older, and ideally not very inked, but I gladly also take nice body art like Stasia Si.
