Private Studio/Box Membership 4k Downloads?

Hello. I am interested in subscribing to Private, either the box or studio membership. Does anyone know if 4k downloads are included with either one? Because I've been trying to find this out before purchasing and have been seeing a lot of conflicting information around the web.
