While I love the content here and have spent $100s... probably $1000s on this site, I feel like in those rare occasions that we need support we shouldn't completely dismissed. I totally expect this shit from a site that's costing me $15 a month - but this is a premium site where I'm paying premium $$s.
This BS is just driving me away from spending more here, which although would save me bunches of cash, is disappointing. Not sure if the producers here (Giorgio?) realize how bad it's gotten, but if people get frustrated enough to bail on the site, this affects their ability to produce awesome new content.
Is this a common issue with others or maybe this is just my experience?

Giorgio - do you have any idea what's happened with Support?
