Thank you XXX for making so many positive & encouraging contributions past few days.

It certainly makes me feel more valued as a member.

I think most of us understand you are consistently not 'playing safe' with standard formulas & so you consistently are trying new things & approaches for the customer experience. Some work well, some don't, but you wouldn't be where you are now without such courage.
