The problem with facials is that the cum disappears really fast.
If we want to see girls, that are massively covered in (white) cum, the guys need to shoot their cum almost at the same time.
So this part of the scene should not last longer than 2 minutes (without cuts), because the cum gets transparent too fast.
For some reasons this seems to be impossible in so many scenes.
