Some think that a significant portion of younger US girls are quite entitled and high maintenance. They also demand more money for the scenes on LP/AV and/or are unwilling to perform for us.
Their scenes are often over-costed and pale in comparison to the very best regular AV performers on here. Of course, there may be one or two exceptions to this and there are great MILFs like Syren and Dee. Generally, I think it is rightly so part of AV's marketing to get American performers to have a bigger slice of the market and to hope to make some money. Since Baby Kxtten has been so well received here (and deservedly so) then (supposing she would be interested in visiting Prague, which I think is very much an outside chance, but thread title says 'just might') a US performer who has very much of the same vibe as Baby Kxtten (in appearance and general 'hardcore petite' vibe) is Valerica/Valerie Steele.
