AV/LP strategy

Platform for many studios, it's good, because, if you hire someone to make movies for your site(like directors, cameraman, other crews), they won't have commitment, they are going to care only about their careers, won't think about the profit the movie make or the success of the site. When you give a platform, they are investing, so they care, they improve...
The one who proposed this idea is a mega mind.. Genius.

But AV should have a dedicated studio like other sites(like Brazzers, evil angel) in my opinion(in addition to gonzo). Because when you are inviting other studios, you are inviting amaturers, they have money, but they have no idea what sells, what customers are expecting. AV site have experience, know what people want to see(have huge data to analyze), so, by creating a dedicated studio, you are inviting talents(good directors, good script writers)(I won't tell you to steal Brazzers directors), they have experience, they can make great movies.(talent and experience is different things though, i believe inexperienced guys can do great things if they have imagination).
What I'm trying to say is, you don't have to buy an entire production company, just buy their mega minds(directors, script writers, camera guy...). You already have enough customers and publicity, so don't have to worry about getting publicity or advertising. You know what happened to nokia...
