Where are all the different studios located?

I don't mean street name, (I'm not planning on visiting!) - just wondered if anyone has a list of what general city/country each of the major studios on here is located? I'm guessing the studios are somewhat spread out, and not all bunched together in a couple of countries?

I think only the big pro producers in porn-legal jurisdictions have actual permanent studios. e.g. Gonzo studio is in Prague and Giorgio's studio is near to Beroun (a town near Prague).

Most Russian producers seem to shoot in St Petersburg or Moscow but from a variety of locations, for "local" reasons.

Some other producers maybe operate from no fixed address, e.g. Yummy Estudio probably operate from wherever Luis ihappens to be at the moment.
